firmops.io provides a supervised agent operating system for law firms, currently focused on a first PI / Clio design-partner cohort. The system connects practice management, email, phones, documents, tasks, approvals, and reporting so firm owners can ask cross-system questions and approve bounded workflow actions from one place. The current design-partner deployment may include:

• Read-first visibility across approved firm systems
• Configuration of a Clio-first operating layer for eligible pilot firms
• Supervised workflow drafts or actions that remain behind approval gates
• Implementation support, monitoring, and product feedback sessions during the pilot

3. Professional Services and Legal Boundaries

firmops.io is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The agent OS, integrations, drafts, automations, and reports are tools to assist your practice; your firm remains responsible for all legal work, professional judgment, supervision, approvals, client communications, and compliance obligations.
